Canoeing along Otonabee in the evening

I sort of invited myself to a canoe ride along the Otonabee River this late afternoon.

Cattails.

Mallards.

Sunlight reflected on the trees.

Lock.

More Mallards.

Water reflections.

Took some photos of the bubbles on the water surface while being on the canoe.  This one turned out the best.

This one was kind of interesting in black and white.

Almost full moon.

Twilight.

We also saw a Great Blue Heron and a Belted Kingfisher flying back and forth along the river (we think).  Nights are getting colder now, especially being on the water.
